We were blessed to have the girls spend New Years with us. They are medical students studying here in Krakow. They too, did not travel home for the holidays. So, we all enjoyed the holidays (Christmas & New years) together in our apartment in Krakow, Poland The girls cooked a traditional Malaysian-Thai meal called Tam Yam. It was very good. Unlike anything we had ever eaten before, but very good. It had Squid, shrimp, crab, fish, chicken, tofu, lemon grass and lime leaves and a bunch of different veggies in a soup.
After dinner we all watched the fireworks outside. Poland is crazy with fireworks. It was like a war zone outside.
The girls spent the night with our girls. It was a late night and super fun!!!!!
